Home Beta (Second Batch)

Hi, did anyone just recently get into the home beta?

I checked the PStore today and it was the first item on the featured items list.

I don't know if it could have been a mistake or what cause I didn't get any emails regarding home beta.

Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys got the beta recently.

did you sign up for beta?

or were you part of gap or anything?

you just got in like that?

i'm part of gap, and i had signed up for the beta a while ago.

I got an email saying that even though i didn't get in, i didn't have to loose hope or something like that.

when I try connect it says the connection to the server has been lost.

Maybe the service hasn't been activated for me yet. or maybe it should start working on thursdays, that's when the PStore updates right?

You signed up for the Beta? I'm GAP aswell and I never saw anything about GAP members signing up for Home Beta

The same thing happened with me, only it was last week. Keep on trying. The first time I logged on it took what seemed like forever to connect to the server. Now it only takes about 30 seconds to load up my Home Space from selecting the icon on the XMB.

Add me so we can bowl online once you get in.

You can only become a GAP member if you live in the USA or Canada....

I've tryed live in the UK

how do u sign up for GAP? or for beta trials for that matter.

I'm a member of underground with a registered PS3 and I've seen nothing about becomming a GAP member. CyanX73

i signed to and get an email for home beta...... not all gap members get the email and less got the beta

As you might know by now jric1, Home is nothing special. You'll get bored of it by days end and wont use it much from here on out.

You have to be invited to become a member of GAP. The selection process is a bit of a mystery. I would recommend joining the playstation underground and keeping your game data up to date. If chosen, you will receive an email about it. There are those who have been PU members for years that are not in GAP and there are GAP members who have been on PU for a couple months.vader327

In order to get invited into GAP, you have to register for the Playstation Underground through your PS2 or PSP, Sony then randomly selects people to joing GAP who have registered their system in that manner. You could try what my brother did, he had already registed for PU on the website, then created a new PU account using his PS2, about 3 days later he got an invitation to GAP.

Had a look on the US PsN and there's nothing there about Home Beta. Has it been taken down now do you think??

Just so you know, this isn't the 2nd batch...this is like the 3rd or 4th batch of people being invited.;)
