Yup its out! It looks different from the closed beta. The Central Plaza is more open now. Everything else like the Mall, Bowling, and Theatre interior are the same.
You have to turn off your system and then turn it back on and it is in the same column of the XMB as Playstation store and account management. You click on it and then it downloads it.

Just to let everyone know when you enter a new room like the Bowling Alley, the Mall, and other rooms, you will need to download those rooms also. So have patience.
Even though they should have prepared for this, going from a closed beta crowed to ever ps3 owner is a big jump in numbers for the server, especially when everyone is trying to connect at the same time. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I was just wondering what region are you in? Because I'm in the NA region but someone gave me their beta code and I wasn't sure what region it was. So when I got in Home today the Central Plaza looked different to me.
I'm in the UK and it's worked perfectly for me, no errors or disconnection. Takes a while for the initial download and in-Home downloads though. Overall, this is actually quite neat, I think some of the bashing and negativity is a little overdone.

I'm in the UK. Have you got the Uncharted and Far Cry areas over there? If you have I'm going to log into the US version and check them out.
