I read somewhere on a website that home will be released this friday, is this still true ? Im currently in the beta and have friends that want to join, i told them this friday it will be available for everyone, hope i wasnt just blowing smoke.
Well, if Sony wants Home to stop being a complete joke, it needs to come out soon. The thing has been in beta forever. Also, the 360's new interface comes out next week as well. I would not be suprised if Sony launches Home at the same time. Let the battle begin!

'Open beta before Christmas' doesn't sound like 'releasing the full thing on November 19th', but maybe they just chose to phrase it strangely to confuse people. I'll be optimistic and hope that it'll be released sooner, rather than later.
More talk of HOME. I keep thinking that once the delaying of HOME has ended and they finally open the beta to everyone, people will praise it and like "ohh HOME is finally here" and then realise what a completely useless commodity it is. Besides, its been delayed for so long that it will either be great or just an epic failure. Kinda like the new GNR album. Exept HOME hasn't taken 15+ years. Or will it? Lets see....
I am in the beta now, and it has its moments but its just the beta. I think when ever the full service is in swing it will hit. As far as it being released as the same day as Xbox's ripoff, it possible . Lets stay positive and think that it will finally arrive in a week from now
