Agree with much of what you said. The multiplayer made me angry for two reasons, they took away elimination and team survival (instead you have to do gold rush with it). Other than that it's a great game, but wayyyy clunkier than UN2. And Drake rubs everything he walks by! lol There should be a trophy for "wall master-touching 1000 walls"
Haha indeed:P at the start i was like wow he touches the walls, but he touches every wall.. its like he got a wall fetish or somethingAgree with much of what you said. I just didn't like the CQC, I also didn't like the "bad guy" this time around. Lazarevic was soo much better.
Edit- Also over all the story was more enjoyable in Uncharted2.
[QUOTE="ExoticAnimal"]The character development wasn't really there.worlock77
Wha? There's probably more development of Drake, Sully and Elena characters than in the first two games combined.
I would agree with you on Sully and Nate, but Elena pretty much had nothing to do with Uncharted3.[QUOTE="worlock77"][QUOTE="ExoticAnimal"]The character development wasn't really there.Fightingfan

I was definitely hyped for Uncharted 3 and after playing it from start to finish I say Uncharted 2 is better imo. A lot of "WOW" factor in UC3 though (I compare it playing 1,000 action-packed summer blockbusters in one game) and I found it to be very beautiful andenjoyable. The problem with the Uncharted games is that they end. All three games are EXCELLENT and I have every intention of playing through the series again.
SPOILER:
I just beat Uncharted 3 last night and it does some things better than Uncharted 2 and some things worse. Uncharted 3 is still a great game and a must have for all PS3 owners. This is my pros and cons. I have yet to play multiplayer.
Pros: 1. Graphically? It is the best looking game videogame console ever. There are plenty of jaw dropping stages. 2. Story? I think the game starts out with a pretty slow pace for the first few chapters but it really picks it up after those beginning chapters. The story isn't as good as UC2 but it does make sense and I did like it. I did find UC3 story better than UC1 because I thought UC1 story was very simple and didn't take them to various environment as it felt somewhat reptitive. 3. Well rounded game? This is where I think UC3 beats UC2 in because UC3 feels like it has more puzzles (more difficult as well), more exploring and climbing, more fighting, more "racing type scenes" which I really enjoy, more variety of weapons with strengths/weaknesses and more epic parts like the cruise ship where I even got sea sick. And UC3 is longer game to beat which is always good. I will probably say it was a tad more difficult than the other 2 uncharted games.
Cons: 1. The aiming isn't as polished as Uncharted 2. It is nowhere near as bad as some people make it out to be where some people said "it ruined their experience and the game is terrible because of it." However, there is a slight lag and some dead zones. I barely noticed it until I heard others make reference to it and then at some parts of the game where I zoomed in with my sub machine gun, I noticed it. 2. Bosses?! This is the same complaint that I have for all the Uncharted games. The games are great and all but Uncharted makes the lamest boss battles. And Uncharted 3 boss battle is the worst of the 3 games. I felt the game actually got easier when I got to the very end. How hard is it to put in like 3 good boss battles in this game? 3. Fighting is good and bad. More fighting moves but I don't think it necessary to always be in fighting movie scene mode. Sometimes I just want to quickly punch someone in the head and keep on running or shooting the other enemies. However, I do understand why some fights last long than others. If a fully armored bad guy with a shotgun takes like 30 bullets to kill, the fight with him should be more difficult and time consuming.
I would give Uncharted 3 a 92 score out of 100..... Uncharted 2 a 95 score. Uncharted 1 a 89 score.
Great Game. 9/10. Controls weren't as tight in my opinion. Shooting is different but more realistic I guess. Beginning was too slow. And too many puzzles, didn't have a problem with them being much harder. Makes things more realistic.
