One of the loading screens for GTA IV says "Online interactions not rated by the ESRB."

Does this mean that GTA could show much more risky content online, and not have to worry about it affecting the ESRB rating? If so, where's the hot coffee?

Your thoughts...

Cheers,

esrb cant rate the game according to what people will say or do online. otherwise every game would be mature or 18a or whatever. just wait for little big planet when you can use the ps eye to make stickers. i know im gonna make a level full of boobies. lol

Every online game with voice chat or user generated content usually has that disclaimer

Yea but does disclaimer only say the user or the game? If its the game, they could stick in anything then, while the game plays in online mode. On any game.

The thing is, everything on the game disc is subject to esrb when released. So new content or online interactions are not rated. Thats why even though you couldnt get the scee through normal gameplay, the hot coffee thing made the game AO since it was still "on the disk"

F-ck Zidaneski I want to see your boobs! Woooo!
Boobs and penis levels (maybe a bit of vagina too) will be the core of [my] LBP levels.

Well they might complain and try to get your account banned. Didn't one of the agreement things you "read" during one of the updates mention something about sexual harrasment or stuff like that?
