Any of you duders play Blur very much?

If so, how many people are usually online?

Have Blur and haven't played in a while? Do me a favor and boot it up and report back.

Thanks. :)

I have no clue but I bet it's safe to say that there's a lower moderate amount still playing. Blur came out like what 1-2 years ago? Dirt 3, Motor storm and GT5 came out. I'm sure most have shifted gears by now.

It's dead. I tried it out the other day and had like 30 ppl online where usually it's 600+. It's safe to say no one plays it anymore.

#1, it depends on the time of day. IMO, there are more international people playing vs. those in the US. #2, I have seen upwards of 500 online during the weekends (granted, this was 1500 when the game was released, but what do you expect of a game released in the same window as Modnation Racers and Split/Second)? So it is far from "dead". You're honestly cheating yourself if you don't give Blur a try. Most people online are good, clean racers (even for a "Mario Kart" style game). The people who aren't basically get ganged up on and owned, and they leave quickly. :) I'm 178th in the World (Driver's Score) and there is serious competition to be found. I am sure Amazon.com has it for $20. It is definitely worth that.

the "number" of people displayed as being online is undercounted by the game.

the online community is active and there are some really tight groups.
