How awesome would this be

When you unlock certian items, treasures, weapons, or anything in a game you would get a point for it. As the more games you play you gather and side quest you do the more points you recieve. When you get enough points you can actually purchase games online or something along those lines

Yeah he pretty much means that but only the points can actually be spent on games, content, or other stuff unlike on 360 where its mere ego food.

Its a good idea but far from new, people have been wishing for this ever since Sony said games would have achievements, and people have been conplaining and sugesting it ever since they noticed their 360 points were useless, in other words; since the 360's launch.
