I bought a lot of 9 psp games on ebay recently and 3 of them do not work. Even though the first sentence of the auction says that the games are guaranteed, I might not be getting a refund. In case this happens, what can I try to get these games to work? The seller said that the games worked when they left the house, and I believe that. Ratchet Size Matters let me create a save file and went to a black screen. Spiderman FOF let me play the first level, which lasted about 5 minutes, and then did not work again. Mortal Kombat Unchained never worked at all. What should I do in case I do not get a refund?

I don't think there is a way to clean PSP UMD's, it'd most likely be very difficult if there is. But its also quite hard to dirty up a PSP UMD at the same time, I don't know what to tell you.

There might be significant dust, which could be removed by blowing air over it. If there are heavy scratches, I'm not sure if there is anything you can do.

I am pretty sure that the three games that do not work were touching the inside of the envelope, which was tight and rough. I believe that is how they no longer work. For other console games, I have a disc cleaner which works well, which has a cleaning solution. Is there something like this for PSP?

You know... I have a PSP game that I got from a friend, and its UMD sleeve has been opened. The game works perfectly fine, never caused any damage to my psp, nor is there any reason it should. Id just open those up, clean em and use your regular repair kit, and very, very carefully slide the UMD back into its sleeve.

Me and my brothers were taking a 8 hr car trip and there was a bottle of olive oil spilled all over the games and we cannot clean the games, is there a way that you can take apart the games to clean them?
