How come I can't download Shatter yet?

I don't see it anywhere in the PSN store, but it says it's supposed to be released today..?

They havent updated the store yet -_-

I can't understand how people still don't understand that the psn store doesn't update until the late afternoons on thursday. Piece of advice: if it hasn't updated yet, check back later.

It always update 6pm my time.
