How come Sony is advertising Uncharted so much?

Anybody else find it strange that Sony is advertising Uncharted A LOT on GS and IGN lately, even though the game is 6 months old?

Because it's a great game.

I have friends that NEVER considered buying PS3's who now want one after playing Uncharted at my house. It's also the prettiest damn game I've ever played.

Indeed, it's great!

it may be nothing compared to halos advertising campaign but it's a way better game than halo..halo was stupid, same **** different title. with enhanced graphics n some new weapons added each time.Koncpet08

Even though I like Halo, I gotta agree. It was I great game the first time. By Halo 3, they had remade it 3 times with very little added on each time.

uncharted sucks. the graphics r poor. for gods sake, i xpected much better. the game was too hard. xbox 360 rules!!! the graphics are much better in the movies and on tv.

sony is advertising for a major exclusive for its console (makes sense to me). the new add campaign is likely due to the new, more wallet friendly, price of the ps3.

LMAO this dude is a joke...360 blows... it has a smaller harddrive.. have to pay for online.. the messenger is difficult... you cant browse the internet. you gotta pay for batteries to use the controller, it doesnt support memory sticks or blue ray or hdmi

ps3 has rechargable controllers, free online, simple messenger.. bigger harddrives. = way better and Uncharted has UNBELIEVABLE graphics.

Awesome game , probably Sony's best exclusive ps3 game so far so I don't see the problem there. It would be a little strange to see Lair ads now , but not the great Uncharted. It has only been out around 4 months , not 6 ...... just wanted to clear that up.

For those of you bad mouthing halo 3, have you even played it? Halo 3 is a superior title to uncharted because it has infinite replay value with its awsome multiplayer. This is why Halo is big, the multiplayer and the epic story line, not to mention its the most sold game in 24 hours and it broke a ton of records. That bieng said, I love uncharted and its the best game on the ps3 imo.

ya i have the game, and its great so far,,, i just found it odd that its being heavily advertised now as its been out for a while,,,,,

It seems kinda desperate, like "hey we have great games too see !!"
