How common is it to find used copies of Resident Evil 5?

I want to buy the game but 60$ for a game that feels exactly the same as the last one is a little too much

Any gamestop will have used copies. Mine even has a bunch of used copies of the limited edition (metal cover).

Extremely rare, so rare it costs more than brand new.
