How did you end your Mass Effect 2 PS3 ?

Just finished One of the most incredible games i've ever played, This game exceeded all my expectations compared to Mass effect 1, Bioware has really come along way.

I chose to destory the Reaper machine, and told the illusive man thats its gonna be my way or the highway, its sort of fits with my mainly Paragon (some renegade when it feels right) decisions, plus i'm against a human dominance scenario.

I've upgraded the hell out of my ship before going on suicide mission, i had only 1 death which was JACK (she wasnt loyal cuz i picked Miranda's side, honestly i wasn't dissapointed kinda hated her :P) Garrus lead the second teams, Kasumi for infiltration and Samara for the biotic field.

My Romantic interests were Miranda & Liara

The ending was amazing, this game did not dissapoint, the cinematics were epic, everything was perfect the action, the camera angles and especially the MUSIC. I also feel bad for the Protheans, this race has suffered alot throghout its history, the moment Harbringer released control of the protheans they died which proves this was 100% against their will...This game makes me wish i lived in space colonization age (minus the reapers ofcourse :P)

Was wondering what decision others took at end game?

yeah man it was a hell of a game. i ended it by destroying the base or whatever. no one died in my game.

in my first playthrough i played as "me." i was relatively even paragon/renegade but i leaned a bit towards paragon. i went back and forth on what to do with that last decision, but i had seen enough after project overlord where some things just shouldnt be touched. i decided to destroy it.

the only death i had was legion. i didnt recognize that certain characters really wouldnt get some tasks done even if they were loyal, so i ended up having legion lead a squad. in retrospect it really did fit the character because legion isnt decisive enough to be a leader giving quick answers. i really liked how they did that last mission and hope to see much more of it in ME3.

I romanced Tali. Everyone survived in the end and I chose to destroy the base.

I'm still going at it! It looks like everyone is hitting on Tali but I got woman shepard and I might link up with Liar as there is save data that's being carried over from Mass Effect 1 on Xbox360 (so cool).

Thanks everyone for sharing your thoughts & experiences, i guess most people went ahead and blew up the spaceship afterall ! And Tali seems to be the most romanced one (even did a google search) Can't wait for Mass Effect 3 i'm going to place a preorder for it this week.

On my Hard difficulty attempt. Paragon+ no one died.

On my Nightmare attempt. Paragon+ Zaeed died

Got platinum played for 90++ hours

I completed it on Normal within 25 or so hours. I was Paragorn and only Jack died in the last mission.

IMO, this game is overrated...too short and combat is ordinary and uninteresting.

You must have some pretty high standards if you think that it's short.

On my playthrough I romanced Miranda, blew up the Collector base and had all my squadmates survive. The ending was phenomenal, with the Normandy escaping from the explosion just in the nick of time. The music, however, was what really sold me. I really hope Mass Effect 3 has a stellar soundtrack as well.
