I dont know how to be a medic ect, Or how to make hybrid clases I am clueless about thatgoyolap
You have to level up to the required level in order to choose those abilities (medic, scout, tactician etc.) And when you do you can select the one you like at the beginning screen of an online game I think.
Yeah you have to level up and then in the "pre spawn" menu >> select "character" from the tabs at the top with R1 / L1. That is where you can customize your load out etc.
