How do I connect my PS3 to the internet wirelessly?

On your PS3's XMB go to Settings > Network Settings >Internet Connection Settings > Easy > Wireless > Scan > (Select your internet connection) > (Go right on D-pad enough until it scans) > (Push X button when it's done) > Test Connection.

After this Just Push O to exit back to your XMB, and you should be connected :)

You need a wireless ethernet cable. ;)

but seriously, avoid Wireless as much as possible.

Even with a 100% signal strength, you still won't get as good as connection in comparison to using an actual network cable plugged into router or modem.
