How do i get my dlc from another ps3?

i have 2 ps3s, one wont read discs

on that ps3 i hav dlc and dwnloaded games, how do i get them onto my new 1 without a memory stick?

obviously i cant download them onto the other ps3 cos then i could jst get them on my friends if they wanted them for free

Im sure thats all you have to do is to re-download it on the new one, and people do that and call it game sharing. I dont however i like psn being free, dont want to abuse it.
