First download the video file or get the video file and save it into my documents on your computer. Then connect you PSP with a USB and with the mem card in and go to your PSP folder (it should be in removable disk F, I think). Now, don't go into your PSP folder, but instead create a VIDEO folder with all caps right next to your PSP folder. Then copy and paste your video into your VIDEO folder and after a few seconds of transfering (you can tell because when its transfering a bar goes back and forth across your PSP screen until the transfer's done) you should have your videos on your PSP.

First of all the PSP only reads mp4 files. There's 2 formats: SP and AVC and both end with the .mp4 extension. You'll either have to download only movies formatted in mp4 or encode your movies into mp4. To complicate matters the firmware that the movie is encoded for determines where you have to put it on the PSP for it to be properly recognized. I use PSP Video 9 (www.pspvideo9.com) because it supports the latest firmware. These movies can be put in the /VIDEO folder. If you use another encoder you'll have to use Sony's older, arcane folders. The encoder should be able to correctly place the encoded videos onto the PSP.

First you redefine your video's file format. you have to convert it to a compatible file format for your PSP's reader.
