how do i make mutlieple accounts???

ppl keep teling me 2 make a japan and uk acc...but...

HOW??? do i just make a new user id and re-sign up on PSN??

im also wondering the same?

I got myreplacement PS3 back so i'll need to setup all that info again, so i may aswell make multiple accounts.

If anyone can tell us how, it'd be much appreciated :)
