how do i Sync my Ubisoft account with my PSN? and a better question how do i start a Ubisoft account? so i unlock the Altair Costume in the prince of persia!

You can create an account on the ubisoft website, then in the game's extras or skin or I don't remember what menu you press triangle and it prompts you to enter you ubisoft username and password

In the main menu, press triangle. Then sign in. DONE!
