Yea, just pull up on your old analog stick, it will come right off. I think people push down WAY too hard if they are putting that much pressure on their psp to break the analog stick, because I bought the same pack from gamestop (in store) and I've been using the white one as it matches my PSP now. I've been using it for three months now and my fingers no longer cramp up and I have much better control with all of my games... Of course I am not trying to destroy my PSP while using this product, so it works fine for me....seems like everyone else just wants their PSP to break pushing that hard!

exactly what he said I use the blue one and have been using it for 7 months. also my hands used to cramp playing burnout but since i splurged on these they no longer cramp.
