Just curious as to how all of you are keeping your consoles clean. I don't have much of a problem with the Xbox 360 or the Wii but the PS3 is an absolute dust magnet!
What cleaning products are all of you using to keep your consoles looking like new?

I clean all the dust off with a sock, much better than using a wet towel, cause wet towels leave streaks.

EWWW A SOCK I USE TISSUESGatCloudX

Don't use tissues.Ever! My mate used to do this but you shouldn't use any paper based productto clean your PS3(or anything similar) as the fibres can come off and get sucked nto the machine and, unlike dustthey trap moisture and this, as my friend found out, can wreck a console sharpish.

Then again , I've been told not to do what I do. I use a low powered vacuum cleaner from about ten inches away from the PS3(with a PLASTIC nozzle)and then use a microfibre cloth to pick up any remaining static affected dust as it won't leave any of itself behind(get them from your computer store-they'll know what u mean).

Don't you peope know anything? You know those micro scratches on most of you guys' PS3s? Thats from dust being dragged around your PS3 with cloths. Yes thats right, dust is sharp. What gets rid of dust is... A DUSTER! :o

Yes man the PS3 its a Dust magnet system.. but im pretty *maniac* with the cleaning of my stuffs just like TV,PC,or PS3--

For the TV i use a Sponge with a weird liquid that makes the TV looks like hell new.

For the PC a sponge too

And for the PS3 a socket or a piece of my ipod touch cleaning thing

Ewww, do you realise the slightest gust of wind would screw you over

You leave the window to your room open one day, come back later and it's just one giant cloud of dust.

LOL I dont. Mine dirty as heck. Had it a while now. Step on controllers, leave it on by mistake for 24 hours. Still runs fine. Thats one of the beauties of it. But really any machine should do that.

well i only clean mine once a week and wen i do i just use a vacum on super low power to suck the dust away, then i use microfibre to clean it after... other than tht a good technique so the dust doesnt take away frmo the glean is to keep it in the shadows... never keep it under direct light cuz the inevitable fine scratches show up very easily...
