i was wondering how people clean there ps3s... my ps3 attract dust like crazy my house isnt that dusty but for some reason it attracts it... how do you guys keep it clean?
I don't know if there is any way to keep it dust free. Unless you have an ultra clean house and filters in every vent, then you'd might have a better chance..
keep it away from the carpet..dont keep it in a closed cabinet...wipe it down daily....thats what i doCeeCee0203
Thats a little too much for console maintainence. Sure the console looks nice for around 6 hours after unwrapping it. And IMO, we have a super clean house, its just that thing is like a magnet.
simply wiping it is too much???? then i dont know what to tell you if you cant take 5 seconds to wipe it with a cloth lol....thats pretty bad. you act like i said clean out every crevice
i covered it with the plastic wrap that it came with one night to stop the dust invasion... it worked but when i looked at my ps3 i noticed scratches, i was like aww &$% so now i dont know what to do
its waaay off the ground its about 3 feet of the ground i made an open cabinet for it with 6 shelves holding all my consoles... its just that i hate scratching it and i just got it like 3 days ago.. i might use the cloth they use for eye glasses, i heard thats good
yea that works....i noticed a scratch on mine the other day boy was i pissed lol...so i know what you mean. Its not a big scratch at all but just to know it's there annoys me lol

install a home ventilation system and setup your ps3/ home theatre system near one of the vents. works like a charm and keeps the air nice and healthy! ;)

what the hell?! i should report you for over obsessing over a game system, who the hell cares that you have stratches on it, you have to use a flashlight to see them! so dont shine a flashlight over your ps3! there problem solved, and the only reason it have stratches on it is because its piano black finish. HAHAHA

i just dont appreciate when peopledo not put spaces in between their words, i mean how hard is it, the space button is the biggest one on the keyboard, i guess some people just have a hard time finding these kinds of things.
