how do you make a (EU) / (JP) account on a (US) account???

i read peoples forums and it says that they made EU accounts and they could go to ps stores from them and etc. how do you do this???

i would like to make a jp account and a eu one as well.

i´m from europe and made a us account for example. only you need is a legal adress. at XMB u made a new account but now u have to put a european adress.tubarao1
