it said installing and downloading and then complete. i exit out and it should be right under "game" but it is not. ive looked under everything and i dont see it. i downloaded some demos before and then went right into the "game" tab.

try redownloading it then

i called playstation and the explained that you have to download both the game and the demo to start the game.

you must have only downloaded th unlock code

Yeah I did the same thing when I was downloading Dead Space Ignition. I just dowloaded the full game, I didn't know I had to download the demo as well. It was my first time downloading a game off of PSN.
