All PS4 systems are region free, you might only need to be concerned on the power cables & Blu-ray region might not be region free.

At least PS3 systems were not region-free for Blu-ray movies.

It's as I said, there are no obstacles. Games from all regions will run on your PS4 system, while Blu-ray movies might not - I haven't bought a PS4 until now but I know this info from testing with a friend and I have previously faced this on my PS3 system.

My advise is just go for the local region you're living in to avoid any hassle with plugging in your power cables.

I had went for a PS3 NTSC back then because I used to usually buy Blu-ray movies via Amazon US & have them shipped to where I stay. I stopped doing that, it's all movies via digital download now for me.
