How is Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite without going co-op?

I heard that the game was only fun in co-op becuase u will get owned if your playing by yourself with the cats. I really want this game, but how is it in single player? thanks!

Even single player MHFU is worth playing. Beware though, Quest on G Class can be real tough. The challenge is big. If you are good and with litle bit of luck you will make it through. way of proving yourself as a great solo hunter. that would be cool aint it.

Solo'd MHF2 - 350 hours by myself.

Yes, MHFU is completely soloable, if you don't suck at it. Most people get turned off by the first 10 hours or so because they're not used to a game involving skills and not stat points

This isn't a game you want to just sit back and go easy. Its always hard grinding. But for some reason. Its so fun!blabbyboy
