I dont know what you are talking about, R6V is awesome online, in fact, I enjoyed it more than R:FOM because at times it just feels like its a "shoot fest" rather than a tactical shooter. But if thats your thing, you will enjoy R:FOM... Lots of people still play it too.
i like onlines rankings an medals and ribbons and stats and clan its a lot of fun stat tracking but single player is more fun but i play online more due to more depth with meeting people and such
The multiplayer is terrible no one even bothers buying a mic (like come on thats like buying a car withouth gas) and everyone plays deathmatch with 1 hit kills for some terrible reason virtually making every weapon usless and the team based base destroying game modes would be good if people actually played it.Im warning you if you are into playing team based games online with a mic do not play and i mean do not buy resistance how ever the single player is very very fun the online is pretty garbage but if u like dethmatch with virtually no mic then buy resistance but if you dont then dont buy it
Dude, do you guys even have the game? Resistance is pretty much the ONLY game I consider worth $60 on the PS3 right now. The online is a major part of that. Its just mindless shooting fun. I love it. I thought I'd play for 5-6 matches tonight and ended up going for 2 hours. I'm glad nobody buys a mic tbh...that way I can just play and not have to listen to the idiots over the internet.

RFOM has to parts. 1) Great single player (starts slow and gets better as you get into the game). 2) Great FPS run-and-gun style on-line (up to 40 players; very good frame-rate; quick to find matches) RFOM is is not a tactical FPS. So, if you want more of a UT experience with army vs aliens. RFOM is for you. If you want of a tactical shooter. Get Rainbow Six.
sounds like ill just wait for warhawk to come out. And maybe UT3, I love unreal. kevy619
There's no doubt that Warhawk's on-line is better than RFOM. But Warhawk was MADE for on-line battles. RFOM has a balance. It's good at both: single and on-line. But Warhawks on-line is great - minus any single player. So, it's a trade off.
i believe resistance online is very sick, i have had the system since it has come out, and online since christmas, and frankly, i stil play it online, like to own people since i put so much time into it, play a couple to several games a day, if u want to party on resistance online- Reaper07 - lets go kill some people
