How long before the PS4?

How long before the PS4? and is it still worth getting a PS3 now? Or is it too late? Will the PS4 have backwards compatibility

Err... since the PS4 hasn't even really been talked about, I'd say it's safe to get a PS3. I wouldn't be surprised if the PS4 didn't come around until at least 2015 or later.

I'm pretty sure the PS4 is still around five years away. It'snot too late to pick up a PS3. Just do it, you won't be disappointed. There are so many good games out on the PS3 that you will be happy for a long time, my friend.

Few months? Probably more like few years till they announce it.

PS4 was already announced at the IBIE (International Baking Industry Expo) in October of last year. It will be released Holiday 2011 and cost $158.

EDIT: Oh crap, nevermind. I thought you were talking about the Pie Server 4 by OvenTec. That thing is gonna be sweet!
