how long did it take you(MGS4)

First time it took me 15 hours or so.....the 5th time it took 2.40 mins...

It took me about 11 hrs. Now i can finish it with about 6 hrs.hameedox2

first play through took me 8 hours (no cutscenes skipped) and i also took some time exploring. i have no idea how i finished it that fast. on solid normal

for my 2nd run through on easy i took 4hrs to collect statues for solar gun with cutscenes skipped, now im on BBE on act 2 octopus bit and im up to 1hr so BBE run is my fastest

On my first playthrough 18 hours, my 2nd playthrough 16 hours and now I'm in my 3rd playthrough reached the final mission and played 12 hours I guess this time is going to be around 14 hours on Solid Normal that includes watching the cutscenes of course.Star650

lol u must be takin ur time. watchin those cutscenes xD dude i think its time to atleast try to get a fox or hound or foxhound emblem and then a BB emblem xD

Not really I always do that even in the past MGS games I don't skip cutscenes on my first 3 playthroughs I start doing that from the 4 playthrough. That is how I been doing in this series I never get tired of watching the cutscenes.

It took me 18hrs. to complete, but I explored alot and crawled often to avoid detection.

almost 23 hours But that's really because I tried to play the game to it's fullest on the first run and check out just about every nook and cranny possible for all the hidden goodies sometimes even replaying the briefings so that I could find the hidden Ipod songs and stuff in between.

Also I liked to try and sneak through the stages first while searching for items if I could avoid a fight and then make one anyway and kill as many bad guys as I could before dying ^_^.

Managed to do this for a long long while once hehe :D.

Also I really took my time with Sniper Wolf battle like 3 hours lol I know your thinking wtf?

Let's just say I spent through the entire fight searching for items and silently trying to dispatch of all her little pets before actually caring enough to shoot the damn wolf lol :p.

first time was on solid normal.. it took about 24 hours.. (i know i left it on pause a couple of times so that explains the many hours)

second time was nearly 8 hours, third 5½ (both solid normal)

then i have one playthrough on big boss hard, i think the time was 6 or 7 hours.

now i'm on my run for the big boss emblem ;P

21 hours on solid snake... i took my time with it :P

But act 3 was bigger than i thought... i m currently replaying it in big boss hard...

The first time i beat it on Solid Normal and it was in 16 hours.Cutscenes, Exploration.ETC. The second time i beat it on BBE and in 5 hours. To be exact i beat it in 4:58 minutes and i skipped all cutscenes and codecs. Didnt Die although i did have three alerts and zero kills and zero health items used. DAMN ALERT PHASES. Call me a liar i dont care if people dont believe me. On the 6th playthrough i got the Big Boss Emblem
