Before a company makes a game like they do movies these days and include a hidden level to play after the games credits have rolled. I just finished Dead Space and was thinking how neat it would be to have a hidden playable level after all the credits rolled.

Or has this already happened in a game and I just don't know about it?

Disgaea's done something similar. There are many other games that have done something like that, too lazy to remember them though.

devs dont make games fun any more. no hidden levels, no extras after you beat the game, no cheats to mess around with, no nothing. You beat the boring campaign and go into the boring multiplayer where you buy boring dlc

Red Dead Redemption kind of has a hidden level after the main story/credits.

For some reason the credits of Dragon's Dogma are halfway through the game, so I suppose you could say that game has extra stuff after the credits, but RDR is a more legitimate hidden level.

Can't really think of anything like that. FFXIII had an area that could only be reached by Chocobo, and to be able to ride one you had to complete several missions that I imagine most people never knew about, so that was sort of hidden.

Unfortunately these days I don't think anybody would give you a hidden level when they could just charge you money for it as DLC.

Indeed. There we have it, in a nutshell.
