3 movies right now, but I will slowly add some more here and there when the prices fall a little more. Sin City and Lord of the Rings Trilogy are next on my list.
I have 8 right now. Let The Right One In (AMAZING movie), The Dark Knight, Iron Man, Rambo: First Blood, Wanted, Appleseed: Ex Machina, I Am Legend, and Sin City. Will be buying the True Blood first season soon.
I have one and the only reason I got it was because it was on sale for $10. I have an upscaling DVD player and its close enough. I do not feel the need to wear out my disc drive on movies(like I did to my PS2's).
Is it mainly because of the price or do you guys think DVDs will stay for more years ?

I mostly only buy blu-rays for movies that are visually unique or loaded with special effects. Otherwise I'd rather just use the good old DVD player so as not to wear out the PS3. Price doesn't really effect me.
about 43, just ordered 3 more. im sorry but i wont name them all lol. i got from trilogys like matrix, pirates of the Caribbean, incredible hulk, iron man, hulk vs thor, vs wolverine, spirit, sin city, bondock saints(good movie), terminator, grindhouse special ,superman(animated and the movie) pay back, man i should stop cuz i really kinda switched from dvds to blu ray the min i knew about them and i love it

LOTR trilogy was going to be my first until i heard that they are being douches and releasing the theatrical versions first and the director's cut versions will not be released for another year+ so they can get people to buy it two times...

What? I've owned all of the Directors cuts for a long time. four hour movies are crazy long though.

Dark Knight, Fifth Element, 300 (SPARTANS!!! AH OHH!!!) I only jump on a Blu-Ray if their not to expensive. (DK $20, FE $15, 300 $15) I'll be getting Black Hawk Down next (also $15) and I've been dying for Transformers, ever since it was at first only released on HD-DVD, Blu-Ray a year later, refuse to spend $30-40 on it, screw that. Also they need to releases Saving Private Ryan on Blu-Ray... LOVE THAT ****ING MOVIE!!!
I've got 2001, Indy IV, Iron Man, The Dark Knight, The Clone Wars, and Wall-E. I'll probably get Transformers: The Movie (1986) and Baraka next. I might get Transformers as well, even though I have that ridiculous transforming case version already.
I have 12 I love bluray movies. 300, Sin City, Transformers, Talldega Nights, Iron Man, Dark Knight, The Boondock Saints, Batman Begins, Australia, Pan's Labyrinth, Wanted, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. At Blockbuster they have used ones 2 for 25 dollars and I work there so I get a discount.
only 3 at the momen, Iv been spending all my cash on games. i have 14 now that i got infamous wich is prob the most games iv ever got for a console in so short of a time "1 year" Not counting PC.

I want to get the full pirates of the carabian trilogy,LotR trilogy and the under world trilogy, The new hulk, Iron man ect but they just wont give me a break on all the great ps3 games lol. games comes first ;)

Prices are getting a little more reasonable actually, or at least there seems to be more bargain-like sales going on. For example I just picked up Boondock Saints on blu-ray for 12.99 at Best Buy last week (I Robot was also $12.99). Also Blockbuster had a 2 for $25 sale going on that I took advantage of. Anyways, besides Boondock Saints, I have: Rambo Trilogy, Rambo (new one), Iron Man, Reservoir Dogs, The Dark Knight, Transformers, Casino Royale, Akira, Wanted, LOST Season 4 set, and Speed Racer.
