Dino Crisis 4 would be cool if they went back to basics. Dino Crisis 3 was one of the worst sequels ever, DC2 wasn't that good either. The only game of the series I liked was Dino Crisis 1, it was amazing. They ruined 2 by focusing more on action rather than survival, and I can't even explain everything that was wrong with 3.
Exactly... If Dino Crisis 4 is going to be treated with the same respect as Dino Crisis 3, they can keep it. :| Now, if they wanted to take it back to the roots of the series, and make a survival horror title like the original, I'd be all for it.
I haven't played any of them, but since the first is coming out on the PSN do you think if I bought it I would like it? It doesn't bother me to play older titles, and there aren't very many genres that I dislike.

If you like the old Resident Evil titles then you'll love Dino Crisis. If you haven't played the old RE games either then you should do so, then play Dino Crisis.
why r ppl dissing the action styles of Dino Crisis 2, Resident Evil 4 and 5? isnt this direction better than the old sytle? i DLed RE1 so i can get a rematch but it quickly reminded me why i hated RE in the past. walking back& forth around ia manision sucks.

RE4 isn't better [or worse] than the previous titles IMHO. Just different.
However if they do make a new Dino Crisis I would prefer that they made it a more traditional survival horror like the first game in the series.
