Are you asking about these three particular games for a reason? The only connection I can find between the three of them is that they are very unforgiving apparently.Hello people

yes i have all of them and beat all of them, im stuck trying to beat the 3rd level in NGS2 on hardest difficulty though
Nope. I am not really into the Ninja Gaiden series. Played a demo of one of the games and it just didn't appeal to me.
I own Demon's Souls but it's missing a major factor that would motivate me to actually try beating it... it's missing a great atmosphere. The worlds you traverse just seem thrown together and the enemies seem to be placed so randomly. I think it could have used a scary atmosphere but instead just goes for a dead, boring, ugly, colorless, bland level design that doesn't pull me in. Atmosphere and level design can take a good game and make it great.
Resident Evil 4 had great shooting mechanics in my view and played well all around. But the atmosphere mixed with the gameplay catapulted it into my top 5 favourite games of all time.
Interesting that you should ask. I'm currently in the process of trying to beat Ninja Gaiden Sigma (chapter 13), Sigma 2 is on my bookshelf and will be played next, and I beat Demon's Souls a month or two ago.
I got about halfway through Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2. It was a great game, I was enjoying the heck out of it, but then I must have bought some other new game and moved on to that. One of these days I'll have to go back and play the whole thing.
Haven't played the other two.
Just NGS1. I was pretty far on DS when my ps3 died and I ended up losing my save:cry: so I never started again.

Really, jeez i though Demon's Soul's to be one of the most atmospheric games this gen second to maybe bioshock, world 1 is pretty plain, but every other world after that is so unique
I've got Ninja Gaiden 2 Sigma but I haven't really played much of it yet I've had it a while and I'll play it once I get round to it. As for Demon Souls I had it and I didn't enjoy it so I traded it in.
I don't own any of them and certainly won't get one of them in the future. I hate difficult/punishing games.
only beat the 1st sigma. the 2nd hasnt had a big enough price drop for me yet. so glad that sony acquired them. theyre great games with tight controls and a strong difficulty.have zero interest in ds.
Beat DS a while back and loved its dark, intense atmosphere. Kept me on edge most of the time and thats a pleasant change from a lot of the breezy games out there. Though i do get what the other guy means by "cold and boring" (or whatever his exact words were). It did have kind of a slow pace but it often helped the tension. The Ninja Gaidens on the other hand I haven't played. Beat the one for X-box way back but haven't played any of the new ones, heard they weren't as good, or at least not improved enough (though that might say more about the one on X-box which was awesome).
Same here. I think I'd end up hating the game more than liking it because of that.Haven't played any of them lol, but Demon's Souls sounds kind of enticing. I get frustrated easily though so I see that ending badly.

Yeah DS isn't no joke. It kicks your butt and kicks your butt again just to make sure your paying attention. I think the Tower Knight section was probably what frustrated me the most. Going all through the dragon and the knights in the end just to get boss and if u die in boss, all over again. Very ruthless for a 2nd stage.
