I will but maybe not right away. I made the mistake of buying too many games last gen and not finishing them. I just got KZ2 and I am having fun with that right now.
I am a huge fan of Resident evil 5,but I am not sure I want to spend 60 bucks on RE5 when I know that I can wait and get it for 40 one day....Call me cheap I don't care.

With this economy it is best to be cheap nowadays. Yeah not everybody can go around buying these 60 dollar games or even worst collectors editions that are not worth it....SF4 had an ok one,but RE5 has a terrible one.The only good thing I can see about the CE of that game is the box.

stealing my tactical skills lolwut? :P I mean why pay $60 when at some point you will find for less if u wait. So far this gen i haven't spent full price on any game. This gen is average so the developers dont deserve my money personally

Same thing here. Not last gen, but more like last year. I just bought a couple games and I want to soak into them. Buying RE5 won't help. I'll definitely get it later.
Does anybody buy their games off of half.com? If you don't, you should. can't find cheaper games anywhere else. Just wait a month or so after a new game is released and it's already 20 bucks off. I mean, MGS4 is 20 bucks right now....holy crap.

It has been more than a month or so since MGS4 came out.
Collectors Edition for me as well, this is one of 3 games I had in mind when I purchased my PS3 a couple years ago. God of War 3 and FFXIII being the others.
My birthday was Feb. 27th, but I asked my wife to just pre-order this for me, paid in full.
It doesn't warrant 60$ imo... although RE4 wasn't as good as the previous resident evils I really enjoyed it a lot...so as a result of RE4, I'll probably pick up RE5 in the bargain bins somewhere down the line.
I will get it as soon as it is released!! I can't be that cheap. Besides it not anything out there. I can get it with help from my tax return. MY FIRST POST ON GAMESPOT!!!
i was planning to get the collectors version but then i realised they took every bonus item (pendant , figure , sticker bag) out of the european edition leaving only game and the extra disc .... that sucks .... so ill get the regular one probably
You said it! I bought Grand Theft Auto IV & Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots at FULL price. I'll do the same thing when God Of War III and Final Fantasy XIII come out. This game WARRANTS its full price and will be a blockbuster in every waylike the titles I justmentioned.I understand the reasons some people won't buy it at full price but, I what I CAN'T understand is how some people don't even WANT the game. It goes back to different folks different strokes I guess (?)
