how many times can we download a game??

ive read somewhere before that we can only download a game off the psn store a certain amount of times, i was just curious since i only have my 8gig memory card for my vita if i were to buy a game is it mine forever as in i can download/delete it as many times as i want? and is this the same for games on the ps3 psn store too?

Up to 2 consoles or handheld devices. You can download as many times as you want but only on them 2 devices. If you ever upgrade in the future you can deactivate the devices and reactivate on the new ones.
