I'd say, around $200 if you sell it yourself. If you take to any kind of game-specific store and sell to them, about $100.

It's not stupid who sells for high price... but the one who buys it for high price. ;)
Just try to get everything out of your PSP and if it won't sell, then sell it for lower price.
