How much does PSP Slim make games run faster?

I know that the new PSP Slim has a cacheing ability that makes games run faster, along with double the internal memory too.

How much faster though? Will it improve load time significantly for older games?

It varies from game to game. To see a comparison between several games check out the front page of the psp section in gamespot.

Older games will only be improved slightly (maybe by a few seconds here or there), nothing drastic though. Newer games are supposed to support the new function, so I suppose they would load much quicker on the new PSP. Loading times are going to be anything drastic though I'd imagine...nothing worth another $170, thats for sure!
