16GB. When I bought it, 16 was the sweet spot in terms of price and size. 32GB ones are still more than twice what a 16GB card costs, which is silly. I have a couple of gigabytes free.
ah, I paid €70 back in 2005 for 512MB. Upsetting really :P

I paid $150 (might have even been more) for a 128MB compact flash card back in 2000. I've kept it to remind myself how technology changes. (and I bought a 40MB - yeah, that's megabyte, not gigabyte - external hard drive for my Mac Plus for a couple hundred bucks back in the 80s)
16gig. I've recently had to move some videos off to make room for PSOne classics, but I back everything up so I can swap things around relatively easy :)
16GB for me. But you gotta realize that a lot of the regular posters on this forum are usually the exception rather than the rule, I don`t think most PSP users have more than 8GB and up.
1gb....... i never felt like upgrading. plus i dont have too many games to take up a lot of memory but i fear i soon will need to buy a bigger memory stick.
My 16GB M2 for my Go arrived today. Pity my Go hasn't arrived yet. Such a small memory card. About the same size as my fingernail. Technology is amazing, I remember buying an 8MB SD card in 2000/2001, this is 2000 times larger in 1/10th of the form factor.
I have an 8GB microSD but I just ordered an adapter to make me able to use it as a PRO DUO stick the other day. So it should be here today or friday at the latest :) Other than that I only have a tiny 1GB pro duo card.
Just got mine. Came with a 1 gig mem stick. I might have the right size mem stick w/ more room laying around, though, since we use em in other things (like digital cameras & cell phones). Have to check the office drawers. Kid has a Go, which has 16gb.
