they say the service is goin to be free but you know theres gonna be so much download content theyre going to release that will cost money. but anyway i'd pay for home if its all its cracked up to be. ps3 really needs a more interactive online community. the only friends i have are people i know personally with a ps3 and thats about 7 people.

I only have 4 other people on my friends list on my PS3, yet I have 85 on my xbox. lol
It's not easy adding friends on the PS3 the way the On-line is set-up. It's not very user friendly. That's why I am so excited about adding in-game XMB. I want to play my PS3 more, but at the moment it really doesn't have an appealing set-up.
I like to chat with people when I play a different game then they are playing.

I'm with you on that, but even worse in my situation. Only one of my friends has a PS3 and he doesn't even go online with it. I hope to meet some cool people in HOME so that I might actually play online someday.
Home is going to be free and the option to upgrade you clothes, home, etc. Being in the Beta its kinda nice I'm maxed out on my friends list lol and I know of a few people who have a ps3 but don't have it hooked up online.
