I can't recall anything that big came out on the PSN if Sony can get 3rd party games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill or FF, not necessarily all at once I will be happy if one of those games did show.
I thought last week was pretty good. MLB The Show (American account) is fun if you like baseball... and Hot Shots Golf in my (UK account) was ok as well.

Exactly what I think, we will get something today. And the nice thing is if we don't know what's coming it just makes it that much better. We should all just be happy with what we get.
I wouldn't call it lame, however I wouldn't call it great every week either. For what I've seen Rock Back always got plenty of contents every week, which is great, for those who own Rock Band... With all these delays and less info on games makes me wonder what is going to happen. As of by now everyone knows that BR won the format "war" this scares me even more. I don't know whats Sony is planning but I do hope they won't plan on just making the PS3 a BR player. I've had my PS3 since early Dec '06, even though several exclusive made the cut, at the same time it feels as if though it is running dry on games. Sure we do get multiplatform games, yet we kept getting the bad ports, only to name a few that are actually worth the buy. But back to the topic, I've always looked forward each thursday since they made it official day for the PSN Store updates. Lets just hope more games are on development, and realize all these delays are a torture.
When the hell are we going to get an update to play music during any game like HV Bowling? I bought pixel junk and it is awesome for 2 player but right now is hard as hell but really addicting. MLB 08 the show is if u like baseball a very fun game but I wish the demo was 2 player.
yeah a music firmware update would be great, there hasnt been any firmware updates for ages!1 the store could do with bringing out some ps1 calssics Resident evil and stuff

I think the real question should be... how much you wanna bet this topic is more lame than what the update will be? Seriously people... quit complaining about the weekly updates every freakin week. Be thankful you at least get an update period.

See, that's the thing I don't understand. If you are so scared, why did you buy one? And, if you are scared today, why don't you sell it if your not happy? I have had mine since launch and I have been happy with my PS3.
Some people have unrealistic goals that can never be attained. I mean, the PS3 plays Blu-ray movies and it plays games. Also, if you bought it at launch, you can play PS2 games too. What more do you want?

[We already saw what Sony does when they're format wins and it was due to a gaming machine (aka the PS2 with DVD). [The number of exclusives is on par with the competition, so no it's not running dry on games.] Sure we do get multiplatform games, yet we kept getting the bad ports, only to name a few that are actually worth the buy. [The most recent multiplats have been better or equal on the PS3 compared to its competition, with three examples being Call of Duty 4, Burnout Paradise, and Devil May Cry 4. I'm addressing this to those who have read my message, you all made a valid point and I got them all, although I believe you didn't get mine. Yes the PS3 is a great system, believe me or not I've always been a loyal fan of the Playstation logo ever since PS/PSOne. Although I believe this generation had become more fierce than before ever since the other console stepped into the gaming world. No I'm not entirely scared of the situation, but I do want the PS3 to be more than just a BR player. Yes we have huge line up of exclusives, but they are all being delayed or yet few cancelled. This is when Sony should step up and realize that PS2's exclusive is what made it the most successful console in history, the PS3 have the potential to follow and we are all here to support that. I can rant all day long but I know you won't understand my ground, so I would just sit tight. But I just hope at least one of you understands what I've said. We can't keep pretending things are all right when they are becoming uncertain.
