How THE **** DO YOU SCORE IN NHL 09?????

I play on All-Star and I get AT LEAST 40 shots on net every game and almost every game, NO GOALS! Here's why!

1. Goalies can glove anything going top shelf and make every depserate save

2. Defensemen are in love with the ****ing poke check and it's practically impossible to get any shots off from the point and middle of the ice

3. EA wanted to make the game more realistic...Well when you see teams in the NHL getting 40+ shots off, back-up goaltenders don't make every save every game. Yet the other team can score from ****ing center ice and anywhere else!

Deke .. make a deke around the defenceman, then shoot top corner short side .. one-timers across the crease still work .. shots from the point with someone in front so they can tip it .. go to the corner, then skate at the goalie making one or two quick deke moves and he'll flop to the ice like an idiot, then roof it .. come in from behind the net and roof it short side .. make passes in the zone, free some of your guys up and don't allow the goalie to see what is going on ..

EDIT: Also, change it up .. don't always rush to the net, sometimes stop and start passing it around in the zone .. sometimes you can get a guy open in front for a good solid deke ..

When going one on one with a player tap the R1 button to release the puck ahead of you enough so you can skate faster, perfect for getting break aways ..

EDIT 2: If you have Auto Aim on change it to Manual Aim .. but I'm sure you use manual ..
