How to back up PS3 saves?

How do I back up my saves for my PS3? I'm slightly paranoid after reading all the misfortunes about YLOD, and I realized "Good God! I don't have my saves backed up!" so I'm looking for info on how to back up my game saves, and the best ways to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Hellfire-1

go to saved data utility, select the game save you want, press triangle, choose copy, select destination, press ok and you're finished. but remember if you end up hooking up an external hdd, make sure it's FAT 32 format.

remember to repeat the process after each time you overwrite the original save file, as this whole back-up thing is strictly manual.

So lets say you have over 50+ saves. How would one copy all at once? Copying one at a time will take me hours and hours, I'm way too lazy to do that.
