I seen pictures in the game where Naruto summons a clone and does Rasengan in 'Roaming around mode'. How to change from Naruto Cannon to Rasengan???

You can only use the Rasengan in some areas

Yea, first you have to unlock it in story mode then use it against those chained up doors.
