ok this is what you do, find a site that provides psp themes that have an extension of ".ptf" then, once it is downloaded, place it in the "THEME" folder which should be inside of the "PSP" folder, and if its not there make one and make sure your own psp firmware is 3.71 then, exit usb mode, and go under settings on your xmb and go down to theme, then look for it
