Sometime in April as they said and i doubt having it on launch would better your chances at getting in. You just gotta wish yourself luck and hope for the best. Just keep an eye out on that site.
thing they where going to start taking enteries in April and you will need a PS3 so that you can download home and try it out.(just in case this was unclear to some people)
