hows battlefield demo

How is the battle field demo i cant download because my ps3 is sent away being fixed, as good as cod4, or likemuch worse cuz if it aint even close to as good as cod then i prolly will not buy it

so is it worth a buyK-Poulsen

I will buy it if online stays the same with more content. I don't care about the SP at all actually. Still you should wait and see since you can't get the demo yet.

The grphics in COD4 are better. But the levels in Battlefield are WAY bigger, escpecially in Multi-Player.

the gameplay is really fun the sounds are unbelivable, feels good. only problems is the vehicles. theres like no point in just running around with ur gun ull get shot by a tank and there basically indistructible unless ur in another tank. remove the vehicles and the game would be so much better... but then it wouldnt be so much of a battlefield game would it.mVolta

I always use my LMG to hold a position on a hill. When on foot you wont get targeted with rocket and grenade fire by everyone like when in a vehicle.

how many players does it support online in the levels like is it to big to find people or is it just as easy as in cod cuz in cod you never have to look to hard to find anyoneK-Poulsen

It has huge levels, but it's pretty easy to find people (there's no UAV Jammer!). You can see the persons red doy on the mini-map, and it show you their name in red over their head, even if your not aiming at them.

So there is always radar on? and the names above the head kinda ruins it for snipers which sucks cuz ima machine at sniping with teh names showing above the heads ytou cant go prone in the ghillie suit :(

Actually they are only one the map if....

1. You get real close to someone your guy will call out his position

2. You put your targeting reticule on them

Although snipers get something similar to a UAV called motion sensors.

It's not ALWAYS ON, you have to shoot and stuff. The only time it's always on is when an enemy is in a tank or such. I've actually found sniping easier in this game than in COD4, It's easier to make a shot, and the opponent can't see the position of where you snipered from; It has no kill-cam.

Nope!! I know, it's awesome! I'm a Sniper guy myself, and in this game the sniper is sweet, especially with the huge levels.

that should simple things up a bit but ill prolly still hold l3 down as a habit lol. \Can you snipe people out that are in vehicles?K-Poulsen

Not if they're inside the tanks or anything. But if they're in a jeep or shooting a machine gun from the top of a tank, you can totallly take them out! (I've had it happen to me! LOL)

And are the graphics like way better on cod4 like is it hard to go from one to the other or is it just better if you are like a picky technical person

It's not cartoonish or anything, but you can definitely tell the difference if you've been playing COD4 for a while. If you've ever played Mercenaries on the PS2, it's kinda like that, but with lots of people, and better graphics.

You have classes, and I think you can create your own in the real game (all I've played is the Multi-Player Demo). You don't exactly pick up single weapons, you have to pick up the persons class set, and it's stuff replaces and removes the set you have equipped, including the sceondary weapons and items (Grenades, Bazooka, Healing Pack, etc.).

It doesn't have perks, but I don't think Battlefield should have them. It was good in COD4, but this game gives you more control of what Items and weapons you equip anyways so it shouldn't matter. Some classes have a self-healing pack that heals you back to 100%, and some classes have things that allow you to heal other people or vehicles, so you won't need Juggernaught>
