I play rainbow siz vegas.. online and depends on the host i have 1.4mp connection and very raley get any lag when i do its from my mate is Aus who hosts and has 512kps connection, even then its not non playable just a nuisence.
so basicly ur safe.
lag depends more on the game's netcode, your connection, and the hosts connection rather than the network itself.
example, if you and a friend of yours have horrible connections, and you are playing R6V(UbiSoft is known for having horrible netcode), you will have lag on both Live and PSN.
The online is fine, but the content in the PS Store is a bit lacking, you're not going to find even a tenth of the content that you are used to seeing on your current system in the PS Store.
But as far as online stability, Resistance & Motorstorm are very stable, R6:Vegas has occasional issues & The Darkness is an unplayable mess online. So it really depends on the game. Anyone who comes in here & says that every game is lag-free online is not being honest with you about it.
But nothing beats 40 player online matches with no lag in Resistance & I'm sure Warhawk will be stable online where as it is an online-only title Good stuff!

that just about sums it up
thinkin about gettin rid of the 360 due to socom in a couple months...but comin from XBL, im kinda worried it will be a drastic step downSpyder99945
If you like the Socom games then you would really enjoy all the PS2 versions on a PS3 as they are upscaled. And not only will there be a Socom being released soon but there is another full version already in the works for a later date.
