How's PS3's 3.10 firmware update?

How's PS3's 3.10 firmware update? I have a 40GB PS3 and not sure whether to download it or not,did it cause you any problems?

I have a 40G model, and a 120G slim - both are fine so far.

i have 120GB slim, and i have to reset my controllers after 3.10 update. i heard many users have the similar problem that their controllers cant syn with console after update.

60 gig original with a 320 in it no issues.

i heard if you turn on PS3(slim) by controller, then it's fine, but if you turn on power by pressing power botton on PS3, it might not sync with your controller after 3.10 update. you can fix it by reset your controller and reconnect it to USB cable.

The update wasn't huge, just added a few new features so I don't see anything going wrong with it. 40gig launch works fine.
