well I dont like the game from what I've seen so far, not 1 bit interested on it...but lets suppose that your gf is just a casual gamer and not a gourmet games judge or something like that...so she may like the game... but ofc if you could get your hands on infamous, GTA IV or fallout 3...then do it...because they are open world games and they are way better than the saboteur

its a decent game....reminds me off Sly Cooper with the Paris thing and the music and all...of course Sly did not have any guns lol. Its fun....she'll probably enjoy it.
I really like. You need to not take it seriously and just go along with it. The gameplay's pretty solid but not amazing. Still really fun. The dialogue is hilarious. 'Top of the mornin' to ya **** head.':P

i haven't finished it yet but i think it's a really good game. some days i feel like it's better than GTA IV, and other days not so much. nonetheless, i think it's a good buy.
My girlfriend is a pretty big fan of open world games so im thinking about buying it for her, is it any good though :?

Consider it as a Assasin's Creed in WWII,a Killer 47 in Nazi clothes,a GTA about a story of Justice and Revenge,a Red Faction with less explosives more playable content,a God Father with really night club.
But when it comes with its price at 59.99,it doesn't worth it~$60 means it is the best...but It only worth 40 in total.(But I think rich guy will fill fulfill with it.
If you like Gun shooting,car correcting,Tities,Open world and WWII,must buy.

I hate to disappoint you, but I think he's looking for someone who's actually played the game, not some one who doesn't like what he's seen in a few videos and previews.
Favorite free roaming game on this gen of games, and I played many. Saboteur > Red Faction > GTA IV > Fallout 3> Mercenaries 2(people say it is crap, but it isn't that bad) >Infamous > Far Cry 2 > Prototype > Oblivion(did not enjoy it)
I just bought it today for 50 bucks, played an hour or so and its really good. i usually dont care about graphics but the art is very cool in the game. cool main character too

But in a nut shell the game is a lot of fun. Nothing I would call "original" but it feels new enough and there's a lot to do in it. There are better games and in the open world catagory inFamous comes to mind quickly but I'd take the Saboteur over Ass's Creed and if nothing else the game has one of the most stylish settings to date.
It takes from the conventions of other games into their own, while its not original and could of been more polished what is incorporated into this game is fun, so yeah i like.

Yeah assassins creed 1 was pretty bad, but i thought 2 was a major improvement from 1.
