I dont know maybe because I am used to playing PC fps with a mouse and keyboard, but I am still having a rough time with those zombies in the underground, difficulty level is High, I got 88% done so I am almost done.

Dude, I was making the same freaking mistake, don't stand there and try to shoot all of them, just run around and try to shoot what you can. when you turn the wheels insided the rooms stand there and wait for them to come out from around the corner to shoot them. when you're in the big room, run and gun! don't just stand there. I ran into the same problem, and I died quite a bit in that area, but then I figured it out, and passed it easily.
Man there is like infinite amount of these guys they just keep coming out of these holes, i am serious I already think i killed like 40 have to go to the rooms over there to get my health an then come out and run and gun, but this is nuts they just keep coming and coming.
trust i beat it in both normal and hard... wait u in the part where they come out the whole and u and a friend is shooting them?? if so just do wat i say make sure u are amming at them when u run and shoot... the girl will send down the ladder soon...
Not that part I passed that easy, i am talking about the Generator in the basement, where ur faced with just thousand of these zombies attacking from all sides and there seems to be infinite number of them, what I hate is you cant save the game and if you lose you start from beginning.
