Last old PS3 game I bought is Demons Souls. for $19.99 but it got a clear case instead of a Red Greatest hits. So a "new" old game, an impulse purchase.
Motorstorm: Pacific Rift has beautiful graphics and track design, shame the game gets really difficult near the end. Uncharted 2 is completely awesome and mind-blowing.
Haven't picked up an old game recently, the last 'old' game I picked up was Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare for about £11 several months ago.
This generation is quickly getting a nice library of older cheap games. I just received my PS3 over Christmas, so I picked up a bunch of cheaper games. Demon's Souls rocked my world. It was really fun playing through the MGS HD collection as well.

Where did you find Sly Collection for $9.99 O.O Its still like $30 where I live.
I found it at Best Buy in Richmond B.C. I think someone made a boo boo on the pricing, because over the next few days, it jumped up to $14.99-$19.99(Used by the way.). I have been getting most of my used games there lately. They offer better deals and they price match and give 10% to the difference. Today I picked up Rainbow Six Vegas for $2.29 + tax. Their price was $9.99, I found EBGames had it at $2.99. So they took off .70$. Can't beat that.

I like to buy cheap old good games. I got some great steals in the past couple months. I would rather pay real cheap price for old good complete games than pay cheap price for psn games. PSN games feel incomplete to me compared to retail disc games.

I have found it cheaper at Best Buy, but it's sold out. $14.99. And I can get it for $14.99 -19.99 used/new on that other system. But I have been buying only for my PS3 for the past 9 months.
Future Shop has been doing these weird random sales in my area where they take a few random games and just massacre the price on them for a couple days.
Just got my PS3 last Christmas and have been buying nothing but old games. I play Uncharted 2 online if you want to add me to your friends list. This past week I picked up Dead Space, Demon's Souls, Tekken 6, Resistance 2, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, and Infamous: Festival of Blood.
